Hi all, a real newbie question but,

All of a sudden I can't hear what I'm recording on my headphones. I hear it when it's been recorded, and can see the signal on the vu.
I'm stuck.

how are your headphones connected?
If they are plugged into your soundcard then you may need to have the LIVE button pressed to hear them  whilst recording...

If you have them plugged into a mixer then it will probably be a mixer setting (do you have your input routed to the headphones/control) etc...

You shouldn't have to.  Assuming a stock consumer soundcard, make sure that the LINE IN isn't muted in the Playback controls in the soundcard's mixer.
