I often have trouble with AM from the DSL at my shop. When I use a proxy or a different DNS, no problem... but the DNS that SBC uses seems to "forget" what audiominds.com is quite often. I've never figured out why this is.

Pete, I dunno if this is helpful at all, but when I logged on from home after browsing the forum at work I got all kinds of weirdness. If I LOG OUT my audiominds user from work before browsing from home all strange behaviour disappears.

t :)

You think it might be the cookies the forum uses? I wonder if the "Auto Login" feature might be doing weird things. I've noticed the same weirdness teryeah speaks about. I'm not a webhead so I just don't know. Curious.........

If someone  makes a Book about the relationships in this forum (since it begun some years ago), i believe he can win the grammy for the writers: Passion, mistery, drama, comedy, and love storys. Ah, and Stupidness.

Well, I hope the AM webpages/forum are intact.  Lots of good info there too.

I've got a better idea. Let's write a song and each part of the song can be called by one of those names. We can collaborate together, both forums. That would be kind of funny working on such a projuect together. I wonder what we'd come up with in the end. Well...never mind... scratch that idea. We'd come up with nothing after much ranting and name-calling. It would no doubt get hacked in the middle of the project too and we'd all be left with wasted time and frustration....

What a shame we can just leave each other alone and share some good ideas about something that we really all do have in common - home recording.

Remember home recording???

The way it looks from here auto log-in works fine for puter #1, but not for #2 until #1 is logged out. That said, there has been inconsistencies like being able to see the front page from puter #2 while clicking anything will give me a page not found msg.

Maybe the board software can't handle several IP addys for one user, except on, say, Wednesdays when there's a full moon ?

What if we're all just pseudonyms of Toker's? What if I'm not a real person after all? What if Toker deletes all his other names, and all of a sudden, I disappear into nothingness?
Hmmm - interesting thought now.
